This patient presented unhappy with color , shape and look of her smile on both upper and lower teeth and wanted to achieve a hollywood look. First visit minimal preparation performed to remove a thin layer from the surface of the teeth being treated to allow room for the veneer / crown to be bonded during next visit.  Impressions are then taken . You will also be apart of the  veneer color layering selection process . This patient chose the whitest shade to achieve her hollywood look.
On second visit a combination of porcelain veneers and crowns have been cemented on upper and lower arches in this case
